Sustainable garden design solutions for the twenty-first century

Indigenous Landscape Design Australia are leaders in promoting eco-aware garden design, and the first in New South Wales to specialise in indigenous plants.

Following extensive research of the 2,000+ plant species indigenous to the greater Sydney region (between Newcastle and Nowra, east of the Great Dividing Range), we have created a database detailing over 550 species, that includes an informed selection of non-indigenous species. This plant palette unlocks aesthetic, environmental and practical benefits, far superior to the average garden of exotics, artificial hybrids, imported bedding plants and ‘new’ plant releases.

Garden consultation
We offer a plant selection advisory service for garden owners, horticulturists, landscape architects, designers and contractors, government departments, public utilities, commercial and industrial enterprises.

Seminars and workshops 
We also offer garden design seminars and workshops that provide innovative solutions to 21st century design problems. Our seminars and workshops aim to inform and inspire, whether you're a novice gardener or a seasoned professional.
